GSP Italia was founded by its partners — all with over a decade of experience at international engineering firms — with the goal of building a company capable of delivering Project Management and Architecture services through a smart, integrated approach.
We support clients in developing and managing each phase of the real estate process: from design through procurement and construction, to the final handover of the building.

Marco Schiavi
Expert in Project Management, Construction Management and cost control. After nearly 15 years at international engineering firms, in 2003 he co-founded GSP Italia with the ambition of delivering structured, methodological yet flexible services.
Enrico Caglio
He has been managing projects and construction sites of varying scale and complexity, applying Project Management methodology. A specialist in coordinated, multidisciplinary design. He joined GSP Italia as Partner in December 2004.
Andrea Radeglia
He joined GSP Italia as Partner in December 2008 after 15 years at a US multinational as PM. He leads multidisciplinary and international projects as Project & Construction Manager and Works Director.

The internal team is made up of technicians and project managers with diverse backgrounds and experience. The mix of junior and senior profiles ensures consolidated expertise and a capacity for innovation.
Every project is overseen by one of the Partners, supported by specialists in structural, MEP, fire safety, acoustic and environmental fields, organised in coordinated specialist divisions.
